Just the staff. Opulentt provides vetted, insured bartenders who run your bar — you (or your venue) supply the alcohol, mixers, and bar tools. This typically saves you 30-50% versus a full bar service, and our captains can give you a recommended shopping list before your event.

Are your bartenders TABC certified?+

All bartenders working in Texas markets including Columbus are required to hold valid TABC certification before they can accept a shift. Certification is uploaded, verified, and tracked in our system — including expiry dates so we never dispatch a bartender with a lapsed cert.

What happens if a staff member doesn't show up?+

Our coverage guarantee. We monitor every booking with a 6-tier escalation system — if a confirmed staff member cancels or no-shows, our surge network is automatically activated to fill the gap. In the rare case we can't fill the role, you're refunded for that position.

How far in advance should I book?+

Two to three weeks ahead gives you the best selection of staff. We can book as late as 24-48 hours out, but tight-window bookings may carry a surge multiplier on staff pay (clearly shown in pricing). For weddings and large activations, we recommend 4-8 weeks advance booking.

Can I pre-select the staff I want for a brand activation?+

Yes — for activation packages, you can browse our lookbook and pre-select preferred staff before confirming. Brand ambassadors who opt into our lookbook share photos, sizing, languages, and brand experience tags so you can cast the right look for your campaign.

Are your staff insured?+

Yes. All approved Opulentt staff are covered under our general liability insurance for events. For corporate clients who require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the venue or organizer as additional insured, we provide one with each booking.
